These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the ChekoSZ AutoService website at chekoszautoservice.net and to the services we provide. By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
ChekoSZ AutoService provides automotive repair and maintenance for most makes and models. We are an ASE-Certified, NAPA Auto Care center in Dallas, Texas. Information on this website is provided to help you understand what we do, and is not a guarantee of any specific result, price, or availability.
Submitting a form or leaving a message is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date, time, and details. An appointment is only scheduled once we confirm it with you directly.
Any estimate we give is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Vehicles sometimes need additional parts or labor once work begins. If the cost will go beyond what you approved, we will contact you for authorization before continuing. You are responsible for payment of the services and parts you authorize.
As a NAPA Auto Care center, qualifying repairs are backed by the NAPA nationwide warranty (2 years / 24,000 miles, whichever comes first) at participating locations. Specific coverage depends on the parts and service performed. Ask us for the warranty details that apply to your repair. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or accident, or work performed by others.
Payment is due when your service is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We offer financing through third-party providers for customers who qualify; those plans are governed by the provider's own terms. Vehicles may be held until payment is received, as allowed by law.
Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle with us. While we take care with every vehicle, we are not responsible for personal items left inside. Vehicles left after service is complete and payment is due may be subject to storage fees and applicable Texas law regarding unclaimed vehicles.
The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to ChekoSZ AutoService or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. The site may link to or embed third-party content (such as maps or videos); we are not responsible for those third parties or their content.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChekoSZ AutoService is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have that cannot be limited under Texas law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
